UKRAINE AND RUSSIA have returned around 100 soldiers each in the latest prisoner exchange between the two warring countries.
The Ukrainian president’s chief of staff Andriy Yermak confirmed the exchange, saying: “They are military people, sailors, border guards, national guardsmen.”
