Four-fifths of patients hospitalised with Omicron have NOT had a booster
UKHSA figures showed 608 out of 815 Omicron patients did not get boosters and quarter were unvaccinated.
But scientists say 2 doses still offers good 6-month protection against becoming hospitalised with the variant. Figures add to growing body of evidence that boosters provide significant extra protection from Covid virus
