She was responding to a parliamentary question from Barry Ward TD who wanted to know if she was happy with the Garda estimate of banned substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act. "I am advised by the Gardai that drug pricing valuations are based on the current retail market value of illicit drugs on the retail drug market.
