Lukondo Kaloshi, Upale’s older sister, wrote on Instagram that a private investigator had discovered a body that matched the description of Upale by a shore in Dover.She said: “I don’t even know what to say but thank you to everyone single person from the bottom of our hearts, for sharing, calling, visiting and just being present to help us find our baby brother. We owe you guys everything!
Lukondo, 24, said that she and the rest of the family have been left with many questions that may never be answered following the devastating update.
