Peter Thompson-Hine went missing at around 5.30pmon Monday and was last seen in Maryport. The 16-year-old has connections to Whitehaven and Cleator Moor and officers say he could have travelled to Carlisle.
He is described as white and has brown hair. Police say Peter was last seen wearing a black fleecey jacket, dark-coloured joggers, black socks and black sliders.Anyone with information about Peter's whereabouts is being asked to contact Cumbria Police immediately. Officers shared a picture of Peter on social media last night as part of an appeal.
In a statement issued, the force said: "Have you seen missing teenager Peter Thompson-Hine? Peter is 16-years-old and went missing at around 5.30pm today , having last been seen in Maryport. "He also has connections to Whitehaven and Cleator Moor, but could also have travelled to Carlisle. He is described as white and has brown hair.
"He was last seen wearing a black fleecey jacket, dark-coloured joggers, black socks and black sliders. Officers are concerned for Peter’s whereabouts and are urging anyone who can help locate him to get in touch.
