One neighbour branded the issue 'disgusting'

Lorraine Tully visits Walton Hall Park almost everyday and says she is seeing the same problems. From mounds of rubbish left scattered to discarded fishing line, she is urging everyone to look after their green spaces.

"People need to be cautious and have more respect. It's not hard to put rubbish in the bin, there are bins there. Lorraine said she is "sick to death" of clearing up other people's rubbish but will continue to do so in the hopes of improving her community park. She added: "I'm litter picking every day.

"Just clean your mess, take your stuff with you, don't ruin it for everyone. There's rubbish in plastic bags but the bags are just left not even in the bin. There's dog poo in bags just thrown, I don't get what's hard about that."
