David Teevan was last seen around 5.30am on Monday, November 11, in the city centre. Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of the missing 16-year-old.

Officers investigating the disappearance have asked for the public's help in tracing the Irvine teen who they believe may have boarded a train at the busy station. He is described as being around 5ft 10 in height and of slim build, with short dark hair and glasses.

He also has access to a lime green mountain bike. Inspector William Deans said: “We are growing concerned for David’s welfare and extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace him. I would appeal to anyone who has seen him, or who has any information on his whereabouts, to contact us as soon as possible.”
