Holidaymakers heading to Spain over the next few days are being warned as temperatures are set to rise to dangerous levels over the next few days.They will hit popular tourist hotspots such as Benidorm, Majorca and Ibiza.Spain's national weather forecast AEMET have predicted that temperatures are expected to reach between 38C and 40C on Saturday.
The hardest hit areas will be the Balearic Islands - Majorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera and Cabrera. "We are already getting used to records," said AEMET's Rubén Del Campo in a statement. "March and April were very warm, and May was normal.
