Locals who saw the horror collision shared how they initially found something was amiss when flights both in and out of the major airport were diverted, before seeing a white light flash in the sky, but were unaware of the serious nature of the flash.
Tragically, the bodies of 19 people have been recovered after the devastating crash in Washington DC this morning. Law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation told CBS News the bodies were recovered from the Potomac River.
