UTSA prospects hopeful to hear names called as 2022 NFL draft begins

As the NFL draft unfolds with the first round Thursday, the second and third rounds Friday and rounds four through seven on Saturday, Wiley plans to be relaxing at home in the Atlanta area with his immediate family, girlfriend and perhaps a couple other close friends, hoping for a call as a late selection or undrafted free agent.
Woolen is rated as the No. 45 overall prospect by Sports Illustrated, with rankings from ESPN, CBS, Pro Football Focus and The Athletic slotting him between 80th and 90th. Though Wiley was passed over by the rankings, he noted that dozens of undrafted free agents will step onto a level playing field alongside the 2022 draft class when team activities begin.
