The I’m A Celebrity star admitted to Eli, former quarterback for the New York Giants, that he lost a bet in 2012 when he insisted the New England Patriots would win against the Giants. The Giants beat the Patriots 21-17 and, when asked how that had worked out for him, Vernon, 48, simply lifted up his shirt to show a huge inking of Eli on his back., Eli asked: ‘Oh my god! Is that real?’ and rubbed the tattoo which did not budge.
He went on to pose next to the portrait, with Vernon joking that he’s got Patriots legend Tom Brady ‘on the front’. However, some fans are convinced the tattoo might actually be temporary. Vernon appeared in the 2020 series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, stripping topless
