The former Spice Girl showed off a cut to her face following a Beckham family ski trip to France
The mum-of-five jetted off to the luxury resort of Saint Gervais in France with her brood when she acquired the injury.
The jet-setting fashion designer headed straight to the spa after leaving the snow-topped mountains of France for sunny Los Angeles, where she indulged in a relaxing facial. As well as spending some quality time with their youngsters, David and Victoria also found an excuse to enjoy a night out together this week.
Golden balls, who played for US team LA Galaxy from 2007 to 2012, was gifted the mural at the Salvation Army Red Shield Youth and Community Center.
