Victoria Derbyshire reunites with nurse who was 'rock' in her cancer treatment
Victoria Derbyshire has paid an emotional tribute to the nurse who helped her through her battle with breast cancer in her latest post.
Beside the photo, Victoria captioned: “Around this time 7 yrs ago I was halfway through chemo for breast cancer, had very little hair left & I wrote in my diary ‘I want this to be behind me now, I’ve had enough’. The presenter said the experience “changed my life”, as she felt afterwards a “joy and happiness at being alive” and said “yes to so many things.”
