The suspects were arrested before the start of the event on Saturday after police found evidence and weapons during house searches.
Authorities in Austria have said they stopped a potential attack on Vienna's Pride parade by three young Islamic State sympathisers.
The intelligence service kept the suspects under"constant control" after receiving advanced knowledge of the alleged plans.
