Vinny Corey has stepped down as manager of the Monaghan footballers. The news comes as something of a surprise in that he still had a season left of his three-year appointment.
During his playing days, he was twice an Ulster medallist when Monaghan won the province in 2013 and ‘15. “We are very thankful for Vinny’s outstanding support and commitment to Monaghan GAA over the years and appreciate his contributions made as player, selector and manager.
