Storm Potratz, 54, lashed out at Jackie Hudson in Glasgow city centre's Tollbooth bar on June 17 2021.
The attack sprung out after a dispute over track and trace with an acquaintance of Potratz. She initially punched Miss Hudson and left the bar before returning.
The court heard that Potratz, of the city's Pollok, was refused service at the bar and told to leave not long after entering at 8.10pm. Prosecutor Darren Harty stated this was due to a track and trace dispute with a woman Potratz was with. She then left the bar before returning almost immediately. Mr Harty said: "She struck the manager again causing her head to strike off the bar.
Potratz was eventually traced by police and said: "I feel really bad about it." Her lawyer told the court that she apologies for her conduct.
