Irish Haircare Brands Founded by Women

Katie Jane Goldin is the owner of LanaiBLO, a high-performance hair dryer manufacturer and Hair Talk, a hair extension company that specialises in tape extensions and training courses. She has created brands that are invested in hair care and helping customers to create styles that make them feel confident.

Claire Fullam is a trained trichologist who set up Remi, a company that has a full range of scalpClaire wanted to create a brand with products that helped tackle issues clients had that started at the scalp, as she felt that was where the foundation of so many hair issues lay. Her products help empower and educate clients on their haircare journey.

Sinead Asple created Sea + Solu after struggling to find haircare that suited her wavy hair and decided to make a brand that combined science and innovation. Sinead wants women to fall back in love with their hair and inspire them through the products she creates. What started as something to help her own needs has become a company that ensures all women reach their hair goals.

Extensions Brushes and Salon Products

Nancy Costello created Belle Brush, a hairbrush brand that suits hair extensions and wigs and helps keep your own natural hair protected too. Nancy released the original Belle Brush and the Baby Belle to help customers achieve their hair goals, whatever the hairstyle. Her range of brushes vows not to tug or damage hair. Co-founder of Voduz Hair, Denise Phillips is passionate about creating hair care for everyone.

With her professional background as a certified trichologist, she has helped create products to create different styles while also protecting hair health. Denise also owns Pelo Hairdressing, which operates four salons across the country. Award-winning stylist Emma King brought her 20 years of experience as a bridal hairstylist and colour technician to craft 100% human hair premium clip-in extensions.

Born in a bridal chair and inspired by clients seeking natural-looking volume without bonds, beads or tapes, Cascata specialises in weightless, seamless extensions. Cascata also recently launched a new product, Detox + Restore Scalp Shampoo. Jane Buckley is the founder of Juvaré, an Irish-owned premium haircare brand created to address damaged and over-processed hair.

Darlo Hair Brand and Community

Launching the iconic and hugely popular Darlo Rollers and Darlo Bounce, Katrina combines creativity with a strong focus on creating a community, confidence and empowering her clients.
