Vogue Williams is stepping into the role of host for Channel 4's Renovation Rescue, replacing Stacey Solomon. She'll be joined by ex Love Island contestant Luke Mabbott, guiding contestants through home renovations with cost-saving tips and design inspiration.
Vogue Williams has replaced Stacey Solomon as host of Channel 4 's Renovation Rescue . The Dubliner will co-host the property and interiors series with ex Love Island contestant Luke Mabbott, which is produced by Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon. The first season of the show was titled Stacey Solomon 's Renovation Rescue , and was watched by over 1 million viewers when it debuted last year. The show will now simply be known as Renovation Rescue .
Contestants apply to have their home done up as Vogue and Luke help them to keep down costs with money-saving advice, design inspiration and simple DIY techniques. Vogue, who has degrees in construction design and management and quantitative surveying, is looking forward to her new TV gig. She said :'I've done a lot of exciting projects in my career, but I am so delighted to be given the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and get stuck into the second series of this truly brilliant show. 'Home renovation is a huge passion of mine, and I am excited to put my degrees in construction to the test.' The news comes after Stacey announced a brand new fly-on-the-wall-show with her husband, Joe Swash. Stacey & Joe follows the couple, who have amassed millions of followers on social media, and their day-to-day life at their home Pickle Cottage with children Zach, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle, plus their pet dogs and ducks. It airs on BBC One later this year. Revealing the news, Stacey wrote on Instagram: 'A new year. A very new adventure. Coming Spring 2025. We’ve been so nervous & excited to share this. Here is us.
