Starting a family is a massive decision to make, and according to a new survey, most modern women delay having children because they do not want to give up their own freedom...We all know that choosing to start a family is a big deal. Actually it’s a massive deal that can have a huge impact on various other aspects of your life.

Apparently, of the women surveyed, most said that they would rather have more money, spend more time with their partners and concentrate on their careers before they took the plunge and started having children. 75 per cent said that they believed infertility is a medical problem which can be treated, while 20 per cent admitted that they had considered freezing their eggs for future use.Of the women who had not yet started trying to have children, 45 per cent said that they did not want to give up their freedom or their life, 36 per cent were not sure if they wanted a family and 28 per cent said that their main focus was their career.
