The cold winter months often make outdoor exercise a challenge, but one gadget is making it easier for people to stay on track from the comfort of their own homes. What started as a way to stay active during cold days has completely transformed her working-from-home routine. I'm a gym member and attend classes several times a week, and I enjoy outdoor walks, but in the winter months I find it tough to drag myself out into the dark and cold nights.
