There's certain things you don't expect to see on the BBC...
It's Tuesday, which means we're still thinking about Monday night's episode of This Time with Alan Partridge.
So what is the thing you'd least expect to see on the BBC? Well a lot of things spring to mind, but one of them is surely a stirring rendition of 'Come Out, Ye Black and Tans' in celebration of St Patrick's Day.One Alan Partridge usually provides enough cringe to be getting along with with but all of a sudden there were two of them on the This Time couch.
The doppelgänger, also played by Steve Coogan, was a Sligo farmer called Martin who relentlessly mocked Partridge and listed the strange farming tactics he's employ.
