The roughly seven-minute video mashup, which was mixed with footage of violent rioters storming the Capitol, showed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer scrambling behind the scenes as the riot unfolded."We have got to finish these proceedings or else they will have a complete victory," Pelosi is heard telling someone on the phone.
Everyone involved was actively working to address the violence. She voiced shock and dismay as rioters broke windows and ransacked the Capitol in the footage played by CNN.
