There was a little slice of GAA history on Friday night as Ballymacarbry's sensational county title-winning streak came to an end.

Ballymacarbry had won the last 42 Ladies Football titles in Waterford, but that streak came to a sudden halt on Friday night in Fraher Fields when they were beaten by Comeragh Rangers. But the tale was different on Friday night with Comeragh Rangers winning 5-03 to 1-06 on the evening with Katie Murray scoring four goals on the night.
