Waterland, the Dutch private equity giant, is investing in Moore, an Irish accounting firm, to facilitate its London-based business’ European operations following
Brexit.Despite the similarities in name, Moore Kingston Smith and Moore shared no ownership prior to this investment although both were already affiliates of the Moore network.
