However, it's not always good for us. It's also often similar foods, with the likes of the big chains offering burgers, fries and fried chicken, with little variety.
There are three sizes to choose from - a small, kids portion, medium or large. Once you've chosen how hungry you are, you then choose your meat or fish, otherwise known as your 'protein option', which forms the basis of your meal. My meal was then cooked by the personable and helpful staff members, which as it took 10 minutes to prepare, reassured me that everything was freshly made to order. Once my food was done, I was then left with probably the biggest decision of all - which salad or vegetable options I wanted with it.
I don't often gloat about being right, but the salad was spot on too. As I thought, it went with the dish nicely, but the best part of it all, is that you can tailor it to your exact preferences and needs.
