Just when you thought we were over the “bad slump” and it was all smooth sailing and hopefully warmer evenings for the rest of spring… it looks like the low-pressure systems in the mid-atlantic could send sub-zero temperatures and more baltic winds our way.saying a chance of the “Beast From The East” returning this weekend is “50, 50”. And as this coming weekend is St. Patricks Day, one of the biggest weekends of the year for Irish tourism, we pray it stays away.
“There is a high pressure system over Scandinavia, so it is a battle between them – basically Ireland is sitting on the fence between the low pressure and high pressure.” Weather presenter Deric Ó hAartagain also shared an image of early tracking weather models and it looks very uncertain….could be making a come back?! Early tracking models for next Sunday 18th. Nothing comfirmed.
