More showers are expected to fall over our region today, according to the Met Office
More showers will fall in Greater Manchester today - after torrential rain hit our region last night and turned Parklife festival into a 'mud bath'.
Many left early with others huddling under trees as the 'biblical' rain lashed down. According to Met Office forecasters, more rain is expected in Greater Manchester today. However, showers will not be as persistent with cloudier conditions also predicted. Forecasters predict a cloudy start to the morning with light showers expected at around 11am.
Temperatures will reach a maximum of around 14C today, according to the Met Office. Tuesday and Wednesday are expected to be largely dry and cloudy, with average temperatures of around 14C forecast again.
