WellFest 2019 is over but here were our favourite parts of the wellness festival
WellFest in association with KBC may be over but we will be taking the many wonderful exercise, wellness, and foodie tips we learned at WellFest and using them in our everyday lives for, well, forever.
Our first and absolute favourite thing about the weekend was that the sun was SHINING. Saturday and Sunday were both absolute scorchers, which meant we were able to bask in the sun’s warmth for the entire weekend as we exercised, relaxed, and ate. Having such fabulous weather really added to the fun.on the KBC Main Stage. Not gonna lie, it was a tough start to the day but we definitely felt that sweet, sweet burn afterwards, so all’s well that ends well, ladies.
It wasn’t all high energy workouts. We also got time to relax a bit and do some mobility flow yoga with Richie Norton, aka. We had a little chat with Richie Norton after his last class at the KBC WellGood tent on Saturday and he was as excited to see everything as we were. He was looking forward to Joe Wicks and the Happy Pear on Sunday and was heading off on his own little mission to see as many people as possible that he hadn’t seen live yet. Us too, Richie.
