WellFest, Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival, is back in Dublin with hundreds of fitness classes, talks, and workshops led by leading wellness experts. The festival takes place at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham from May 10th to 11th.

Europe's largest outdoor health and wellness festival , WellFest, is returning to Dublin 's IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham from Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11. This year's event promises an unforgettable experience with hundreds of fitness classes, talks, and workshops led by leading wellness experts. Headliners include Em The Nutrition ist, Getter Better With Chris, and Kardashian trainer DB Donamatrix.

WellFest offers a comprehensive exploration of health and wellness, encompassing nutrition, fitness, mental health, and medical myth-busting. With over 150 experts across more than 15 stages, attendees can choose from a wide range of activities, including electrifying indoor cycling classes, inspirational talks, informative workshops, and even yoga and dance sessions for kids. This year's event features a diverse lineup of speakers, such as Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, who will share his inspiring journey as a former heroin addict turned doctor, embracing his second chance at life. DB Donamatrix, a renowned general surgeon and social media influencer, will deliver refreshingly frank medical myth-busting and health insights. Attendees can also participate in fitness classes led by top Irish and international trainers, including body-positive intuitive movement fitness coach If you're thinking of making it a family day out, children aged 12 and under can enter for free (with two children aged 12 and under allowed per ticket).
