People in Scotland can end isolation after seven days - the same as the rest of the UK.

If you don't have symptoms but get a positive LFT result, you no longer need to take a confirmatory PCR test while you isolate, unless you are in a clinically vulnerable group.subject to two negative lateral flow tests on days six and seven. Unvaccinated household or close contacts should now take an LFT on day two and day eight rather than a PCR test. You must complete the 10-day isolation period, even if these tests are negative.
