It’s always been an event that I’ve loved to watch unfold, even when I was back in Ireland. The first year I moved to New York, I lived about three blocks from the Met and I spent hours across the street watching all of the arrivals. To get to go myself 12 months later was beyond a dream come true! I remember thinking to myself that it was a once in a lifetime experience and to take it all in the best I could.
