A greater number of women responding to the survey said their sleep was affected by worry or stress than their male counterparts. Second on the list is being too hot or cold, followed by loved ones snoring. Nearly a quarter of women said they were grappling with a snoring partner, compared to 13 per cent of men. Other night-time disruptions include alarms, traffic, and neighbours. Then, uncomfortable beds or mattresses.
