“He's got good strength, power, explosiveness, quickness, speed, too,” he said via conference call with the Jacksonville media earlier this week. “I'd say he's picked up our system very well. He's very smart, instinctive player. And the third thing I'd say is he's very competitive, yet very humble. So, he has some good qualities physically, some good qualities mentally to work with.
When asked if this is a “prove-it” game for Caldwell and the players, he made sure to make a reminder of the backs in Jacksonville’s division.
