Washington plays Kern County Deputy Sheriff, Joe Deacon who is sent to Los Angeles for what was supposed to be a quick evidence-gathering assignment. Instead, he becomes embroiled in the search for this serial killer. With genius acting that will send shivers down your spine, this is certainly not one to watch alone.
