When is Ireland's Fittest Family back on telly? Worry not because we have all the details that you need for season 11.
The 11th season of the show will bring fresh blood to the beloved series. But she’s not the only fresh face on the show as legendary athlete Sonia O’Sullivan will be joining Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O’Callaghan to push the families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title.
Donncha’s Bonnar family from Waterford, Davy’s Heaney family from Tyrone, Nina’s O’Regan family from Kerry, and Sonia’s Noonan family from Meath take on The Lake, all battling it out for two places in the next round of the competition at the brand new location of The Farm.
The four families then have their stamina tested by High and Dry, which has been given a new lease of life for season 11. Two members of each family must take to the skies and hang on to two gymnastic rings, suspended from a crane high above the icy waters of The Lake, while the other two run shuttles across slippery pontoons floating on the water. The most runs completed wins.
