Warrensville Heights has the highest Black population in all of Ohio by percent, consisting of 94% of the community, according to new estimates released in March by the Census Bureau.

Additionally, more than half of the top 25 places with the highest Black population by percent in Ohio are in the Northeast region, including East Cleveland , Bedford Heights , and Maple Heights Many of these neighborhoods are historically Black and have not seen a dramatic shift in demographics year to year.
