Lady Louise is the Earl of Wessex's older sister, but was moved down the line of succession by virtue of having a male sibling. That rule has been changed now, but still stands for these siblings because the update happened after they were born. Younger brother to Sam, Arthur Chatto is a 24-year-old Royal Marine. He attended the Queen's service of thanksgiving during her platinum jubilee celebrations wearing his uniform.
