Grainne has shared how slightly tweaking the meals she ate made a big difference to her health and happiness as she dropped almost two stone - and feels all the better for it

Restrictive diets didn’t work for Grainne, and as someone raising two young children she wanted to eat meals that would suit her whole family. She decided to join Slimming World, and found the plan worked perfectly for her and her lifestyle. Grainne lost a stone and ten pounds to get to target, which she says may not seem like a lot to some, but everyone’s weight loss journey is different. Like many of us, Gráinne gained some of that weight back during the Covid-19 pandemic but is now delighted to be back at it.
