The incidents come after a warning of extreme risk of wildfires for west and north east Scotland.
Two large wildfires have broken out in the west of Scotland - near Mallaig and on the slopes on Ben Lomond.
The National Trust for Scotland said the Ben Lomond fire was 1km long and was blocking the peak's Ptarmigan path. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it was alerted to the Mallaig blaze at about 13:00. It said the fire was affecting grass and gorse between the A830 and B8008.
