A national Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) system is hoping to end the issue of ghost buses across public transport
"We were told this time last year, November last year, that it would be two years. So I think we're about a year away from it.
"They're calling this Capita - we were told that Bus Éireann are being rolled out this month on this Capita and the others will be rolled out within three to four months after that. Mr Barker said all the complaints will go into a central system and amendments to bus services can be made based on those complaints.App developer Stephen McBride told the show he hopes the new AVL system will mean big changes.
