Better Call Saul lead actor Bob Odenkirk voices his opinion on the possibility of Jimmy McGill reuniting with his ex-wife Kim Wexler after he has served his jail sentence. The Breaking Bad prequel ended in August 2022 after 6 seasons, serving as a conclusion to the entire franchise.

Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad and co-creator of Better Call Saul, has no plans for any further projects set in the universe, at least as of now. With the three main characters, Walt, Jesse Pinkman, and Saul, all having concluded their arcs and most other characters having already met their grizzly end, there is not much room for subsequent stories, much as viewers would like to see a Kim/Jimmy reunion down the line.
What's Next For The Better Call Saul Cast? The conclusion of Better Call Saul means that the cast and crew of the show can move on to pastures new. A sequel to the Odenkirk-led movie Nobody is in the works, and the actor will also be lending his talents to AMC once more with its 2023 show Straight Man, which is based on the book of the same name.
