Elliott has been off for two weeks, missing the Bears game and having a bye week, to help in his return.“I just need to get some more reps to see where I’m at,” he said. “I did a lot more . Before the bye week, I didn’t practice at all. Today I got some reps in team so it was good to get out there.
Last season, Elliott played through a sprained knee when it was clear he should have either worn a knee brace immediately after the injury, or sat a few games. Elliott eventually wore a brace, which helped stabilize the knee.missed a gameAfter initially injuring the knee, Elliott said he could play without practicing. Elliott has somewhat changed his tune, knowing he needs to practice in some fashion to get ready.
“You know, I think going into his week, we definitely want it to be important,” Elliott said of practicing. “And I did get some practice reps to see before throwing me out there. I mean, I’ve already practiced. I practiced today. See how we’re feeling tomorrow. Be back out there tomorrow on Thursday. We’ll go from there.”Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw three interceptions in last week’s loss at Detroit. While“He’s still doing everything he can,” Brown said.
