A woman in her 50s and two children were rushed to hospital after a van appeared to lose control and struck a number of pedestrians in a Co Donegal town yesterday.
Gardaí immediately sealed off the road between Greene's Corner and the town's Main Street as diversions were put in place. A small white van at the centre of the incident was loaded onto a truck and taken away for examination.
"The collision occurred at approximately 4:20pm and involved a van colliding with a number of pedestrians.
