Maddy Jones said she has repeatedly tried to get the issue fixed by Plus Dane Housing but nothing has been done
A young woman claims she 'can't sleep' in her city centre flat after an issue that has been ongoing for over a year.
"There has been no fix. The most Plus Dane has done is put duct tape around the corners of the window to keep it secured. It is particularly bad in the winter and summer because there is no temperature control. She told the ECHO: "It has felt like talking to a brick wall trying to convince someone of the severity of the issue and being left abandoned by it."
"I fear I'll be left with this severe issue for another year, especially through another brutal winter. I am frustrated and extremely disheartened that this is still happening."
