Emergency services were alerted after the woman’s body was found on the street.Gardaí have notified the local coroner and have appealed to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.

Detectives are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was on High Street between 8.45am and 9.05am.Gardaí have asked the owners of any vehicles with dash cam footage to contact them.
