Pedestrian killed in serious crash involving a truck in Co Cork
A WOMAN IN her 70s has died following a serious collision involving a truck in Co Cork this afternoon.
The incident occurred at 12.50 on the Main Street in Macroom, with the woman being pronounced dead at the scene.Gardaí have said that no other injuries have been reported.While a technical examination has been completed at the scene, the road remains closed at this time and local diversions are currently in place.
