Shelley Allworth, from Blackpool, is missing after a visit to Royal Preston Hospital
A woman from Blackpool is missing without medication that she needs to take. She was last seen at Lancashire's largest hospital.
Shelley Allworth was seen this morning at Royal Preston Hospital in Fulwood. The 44-year-old left the hospital grounds and hasn't been seen since.A Blackpool Police spokesperson said: "We are asking for your help to find Shelley Allworth, 44, who is missing after being at the Royal Preston Hospital. Shelley was last seen at the hospital this morning and needs to take medication which she does not have with her.
"She was last seen wearing a light-coloured long sleeve top, light-coloured pyjama bottoms, a light green chunk knit scarf and grey slippers. Shelley, who comes from Blackpool, is approximately 6ft tall, of slim build, with shoulder-length blonde hair and has white acrylic nails. "Immediate sightings of Shelley, please call 999 or email [email protected]. Any information as to where she might be, contact 101, quoting log 0643 of October 17, 2033."
