'My mum's always said to me, 'If the path's dry, the washing will dry''
A mum has shared her quick and easy method to dry laundry quicker - particularly as temperatures drop.
"My mum's always said to me, "If the path's dry, the washing will dry," she told followers. "If you're going to use an airer, put it out near a window or a door, where there's sunlight," she explained. "And don't overload them. I always try and hang things over two bars to let the air circulate." She then quickly talked about a final hack, which involves making full use of her landing. She put one side of the airer on the top of the banister, and the other on the windowsill.
