Chatting to RSVP Live, she shared: "That was the catalyst. I then joined Slimming World and I never looked back. "It's not been an easy ride, some people can just join Slimming World and in a year they've hit their target but for me it was a struggle. "Everyone's bodies are different, we all lose at different rates and have different journeys. Mine was a scenic journey!""Take it in little jumps, because it's the little steps that get you to the big steps."
