Police, fire and ambulance crews rushed to the scene near Eldon Street on Wednesday, October 11, amid reports for the safety of two people, a man was rescued but a 59-year-old woman is still missing.
Emergency services searched the scene near Eldon Street at around 5.45pm on Wednesday, October 11, after they received reports of concern for two people in the water. A man was rescued from the water and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The second person was not found in the river.
